Studies have shown that the lower in the funnel an automotive buyer is the more they use their smartphones. What that really means is that it's more important than ever that you focus on creating inventory specific ads that use long tail keywords that match the ads used. This is exactly what we do at 3GEngagement. 

Feed Based

Dynamic inventory campaigns have been proven over the years to generate a higher return on ad spend (ROAS) than traditional automotive paid search ads. The reason why is quite simple: the campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords generated are very specific and match exactly what the shopper is most interested in. 

Our dynamic campaigns are updated in real time, so if a vehicle sells and your feed provider updates the feed, we'll automatically pause the ad group that includes the vehicle in question so that it's no longer displayed. The same holds true if there is a price change, the price in the ad will update almost instantly. 

New & Used

We'll create both new and used dynamic campaigns and because we're using a feed the ads created will always reflect what you have in stock.

Long-Tail Keywords

When shopping for an automobile, or anything else for that matter, shoppers tend to get more exact with the keywords they use the further down the funnel they get. Here's an example: let's say that a buyer is researching F-1 50's but aren't sure if they want the Lariat or the Raptor. They then do more research and decide that they like the Raptor. How would they search once they have decided what they wanted to buy? They would use long-tail keywords/phrases such as:

  • 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor SuperCrew
  • 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor SuperCab Lightning Blue
  • New Ford Raptor SuperCrew Oxford White

After performing a search using one of the key phrases above, which ad headline would they most likely click on?

  • 2017 Ford F-150
  • New Ford Raptor
  • 2017 F-150 Raptor SuperCrew

That's right; they would click on the last one because it more closely matches what they are looking for. Even better than that? Because of the way ad rank (the position of your ad) works you can spend less and rank higher because this type of ad increases the quality score of the keywords bid on.

We're big believers in split testing ad copy, with our dynamic campaigns it's no different. Because we have access to your feed (depending what's in it) we can create ads with MSRP, discounts, rebates, book value if it's used, MPG, trim, color, and more.
