    Digital Copywriter / Production Content Writer

    The 3GEngagement Digital Copywriter is responsible for creating SEO-friendly content for online publication. As a content writer you will spend your day writing content for client websites along with creating press releases and blog posts. As an entry level position in the company, 3GEngagement is looking for candidates with strong writing backgrounds and excellent grammar skills. If you studied journalism and/or like to write, then we want to talk with you!

    Responsibilities include:

    • Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute
    • Creating original content that adheres to common SEO best practices (Looking for a writer first, can teach SEO)
    • A passion for writing blogs and AP style press releases about various clients and topics
    • Be knowledgeable of SEO content strategies a plus
    • Pay is between $15 and $17 per hour depending on experience

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    The Digital Marketing Strategist is the liaison between the client and our SEO and SEM departments to ensure that the client’s goals and needs are being met and performance metrics are delivered each month. They are responsible for creating strategies with our SEM and SEO departments while meeting client goals and KPI’s. They are primarily responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients that go beyond monthly reporting. We pride ourselves in bringing our clients innovative ideas, insights and strategies that will positively impact their business and create long term trust and results.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Working with our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization/Content (SEO) departments.
    • Build, grow and maintain positive relationships with clients through pro-active communication.
    • Oversee the implementation, optimizing and tracking of our SEM and SEO initiatives, following up with the measurement and reporting of campaigns from start to finish.
    • Gathering data and industry research to create unique strategies that deliver results for our clients.
    • Create client-facing documents and reporting with a complete review with clients on a minimum of a monthly basis.
    • Recommending changes to website UX and UI, content, linking and other factors to help improve SEM and SEO results.
    • Create a cohesive strategy between SEM and SEO
    • Develop short and long term strategies for SEM and SEO departments.
    • Overseeing the completion of SEM and SEO tasks

    PPC Specialist

    This in-office position is primarily responsible for assisting the SEM manager in carrying-out multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, and reaching and exceeding client expectations for campaign performance by performing the following duties

    • Support SEM manager in building and maintaining campaigns for paid search, including pay per click, keyword analysis, geo-targeting, custom ad and display updates
    • Gather, analyze, and organize complex information related to campaigns
    • Conduct comparative analyses
    • Monitor and analyze campaigns and report to SEM manager possible proactive changes to improve performance and avert over or under spend.

    Education and/or Experience:

    Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and six months related experience; or one year related experience.

    Desirable skills:

    • Bing Certification
    • Google AdWords Certified in the following areas:
      • AdWords Fundamentals
      • AdWords Advanced Search
      • AdWords Display
      • Google Analytics
